We also provide funding for mental health services, both for adults and for children. There are mental health sites in the East and the West of the county and demand for these services is growing. We recently funded books about anxiety for our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
Somerset NHS Foundation Trust also runs a large number of GP surgeries and we plan to use donations to make improvements at these surgeries.
The county’s District Nurses are an additional area of focus for us and donations we receive will be used to ensure that the District Nursing teams have everything they need.
